Colt RK TALO Edtion
The RK stands for Rudolf Kornbrath, a legendary firearms engraver from the 1930’s. TALO Distributors Inc. had a special run of 300 Colt 1911 pistols made and each was engraved by master engraver Ben Lane, who has modeled his work after Rudolf Kornbrath. Not sure what the going price is on these since they don’t show up for sale too often.
A Holland and Holland .375 display piece. The stock is actually carved from ivory, floral engravings are on the reciever, and all metal parts are gold plated. I have mixed feelings about this rifle. On one hand a lot of time and craftsmenship went into the rifle, on the other hand it looks kinda gaudy to me.
You need a very expensive liscense to purchase this rifle, not because of gun laws but because of ivory laws.
Cost—- E550,000 or $680,000.
This Beretta is studded with 90 karats of diamonds and is valued at $360,000.
Rifle forged by the souls of Valhalla
Actually this rifle was created by master gunsmith Viggo Olsson and his son Ulaf from Sweden. Their rifles are not something that can be bought at any gunstore, they are custom made to order in the caliber of the customers choice. Olsson caters specifically to the super wealthy—- rich CEO’s, kings, sheiks, and billionaires.
All of his rifles are handcrafted to the customers specifications. This particular rifle features norse style engraving, gold inlays and Viking themes. The rifle breaks down for travel and comes with one extra barrel of a different caliber. The result is an exceptionally beautifal rifle of unsurpassed quality. Hagar the Horrible would be proud to own one, if he only had $300,000 of treasure to spend.
